We welcome learners from all backgrounds and pride ourselves on working with learners who have found it difficult to succeed at school, college or other training providers. Our flexible and supportive approach helps our learners to succeed in achieving their goals, whether moving onto a higher level college course or gaining full time employment.
All of our programmes offer advice and guidance on your future career. We will help you improve your employability by providing comprehensive IT training support and national qualifications which are valued by employers. ITeC will also help you gain essential work experience, which will help you build your CV and develop your work-related skills. We have excellent links with employers, enabling us to offer work placements and job trials in a wide range of environments.
Work placements are a valuable way of gaining work experience and a better understanding of the type of work you would like to do. Whilst on work experience, you will have a chance to carry out a wide range of tasks, and develop a number of workplace skills. They are a good way for learners with no work experience to improve their employment prospects and build up their CVs.
Job trials can be a good way for learners without previous work experience to gain paid employment. Learners have the opportunity to showcase their abilities and develop new skills in a specific job role with the real chance of gaining paid employment at the end of the trial period.
