Whilst undertaking his apprenticeship programme with ITeC, Danny developed a number of skills which were of immediate benefit to us. This included improved IT skills. Danny’s motivation improved significantly as a result of his apprenticeship and he has now advanced to undertake work as a surveyor with our organisation.

Mace has successfully worked with ITeC in identifying and recruiting young employees. We are delighted with the progress made by Stefan and Jan-Paul. They have developed their work roles, show great motivation and are now invaluable members of the team. The support of ITeC has been invaluable in achieving this.

Saleka has made a great contribution to the team in the nine months she was introduced to us by ITeC. She has worked closely with her assessor, who has provided her with invaluable guidance in the completion of her apprenticeship. I am confident that if she continues to progress as she has, she will succeed in advancing her career.

Addison Lee has worked well with ITeC to identify a number of individuals for work trials and employment, including Bonnie and Maria. We worked closely with ITeC in identifying those individuals with the right skills and motivation to fill our customer service vacancies.

Natalie joined Clearstone as an Office Junior in September 2005 as part of her Admin-IT course with ITeC. She began by undertaking general duties such a office maintenance, stationery and post. She instantly proved herself to be an invaluable asset to the Accounts Department, and joined Clearstone full-time in November. Since then, she has continued to develop her workplace skills and has recently been promoted! She is the face of Clearstone, meeting and greeting both customers and clients on their visits to the office. Natalie is well-liked within the business and we are very glad to have her on board.
